ASPIRE Creative Arts Program offers group sessions in both art therapy and music therapy. The sessions are conducted during regular hours and are incorporated into the student's class schedule.

Art Therapy
Art therapy group sessions provide students with a safe space to express emotions, self-reflect and use visual art as a medium to explore their inner world. Students are encouraged to use a myriad of art and craft techniques to deepen the therapeutic experience.

Music Therapy
Music therapy sessions give students an opportunity to practice self-expression and social skills through music. As part of an affiliation with Biola University, their music therapy students and supervisor provide group sessions for our onsite students at ASPIRE.
